Terms of Service

The ground rules for using our website, booking appointments and getting texts from us. Effective October 6, 2026.

These Terms of Service apply to Nailed It! Salon & Lashes ("Nailed It!", "we", "us"), our website at https://naileditcolleyvilletx.com, our online booking and our text messaging program. By using the site, booking an appointment or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

Prices on our website are starting prices. Final prices depend on length, design and add-ons, and your technician can tell you the total before starting. We can update these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new effective date.

1. Age restriction

You must be 18 or older to use this website, book online or enroll in our SMS program. Appointments for children, including our kids menu for ages 9 and under, must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the appointment and receives any related messages.

2. SMS program description

Program name: Nailed It! Salon & Lashes Appointment and Client Alerts.

When you opt in, Nailed It! Salon & Lashes may send you text messages of these types:

  • Booking confirmations when you schedule an appointment.
  • Appointment reminders before your visit.
  • Schedule changes such as reschedules, cancellations or running late notices.
  • Visit follow ups such as aftercare tips and requests for feedback.
  • Customer care replies to questions you send us.
  • Promotional offers and salon news, only if you separately agree to marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-out instructions

You're in control of the texts. Reply with one of these keywords at any time:

STOPStops all messages. You'll get one final text confirming you're unsubscribed.
HELPSends our contact info and how to get support.
STARTOpts you back in if you stopped messages before.

END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT also work the same as STOP. You can also call us and ask to be removed.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan. Nailed It! doesn't charge for text messages.

5. Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This includes T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and all other wireless carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and coverage, so don't rely on texts alone for time sensitive appointment info.

7. Privacy policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is held just for you, so we ask for a little notice if plans change.

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling us or using your booking link. No charge.
  • Late cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead may be noted on your client record.
  • Running late? Call us. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next open slot.
  • No-shows may need to leave a deposit to book future appointments, especially for lash extensions and longer services.
  • Deposits, when required, are applied to your service total. A deposit may be kept if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don't show up.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these terms, our website or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

To the extent allowed by law, Nailed It! isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of this website or the SMS program. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
